I am seasoned scaleup CFO/COO with a proven track record in scaling and exiting tech companies. In the past 10 years, I was fortunate to be part of 2 successful exits (1 listing on NYSE, 1 trade sale to Private Equity), have raised $100M+ in equity & debt funding, closed 5 M&A transactions and scaled 2 scaleups to >250 people. As an operator, I have led a broad range of operations functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Security & Business Intelligence with teams of >25 direct and indirect reports.

 

Having seen dozens of early stage companies as Angel Investor and Board member, gives me another perspective on what it takes to successfully scale a company vs. what mistakes should be avoided at all costs. I love working with ambitious teams on developing a strategy and then turning this into high impact results. I can also lead high-impact projects such as fundraising, M&A deals or exit preparations as interim or fractional CFO.

My business education comes from earlier roles and Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. I hold a Master in Finance & Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Finance & Accounting from the Goethe University Frankfurt. In my free time I love spending time with my family and being active across mountains and lakes.
