Background & Expertise

Audrey joins us with a strong foundation in corporate and venture law, backed by hands-on experience advising founders through critical decisions from negotiating funding rounds to managing team dynamics. Her educational background includes an LL.M. in International & Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent and a Master of Law from the University of Zurich.

Before joining Alfred, Audrey built a reputation for translating complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable strategies. She’s passionate about helping founders avoid common pitfalls, navigate uncertainty with clarity, and make confident decisions as they scale.

Role at Alfred

In her role at Alfred, Audrey will:

• Advise on Convertible Instruments & Venture Debt: Crafting founder-aligned terms in convertible notes, SAFEs, and debt financing.

• Support M&A and Exit Strategies: Navigating both sides of strategic transactions.

• Review Commercial Contracts: Ensuring operational agreements support long-term goals.

• Protect Intellectual Property: Building legal clarity around the assets that matter most.
