We are excited to announce that Marc Wiederkehr has joined Alfred as a Finance Manager in our advisory team. Marc brings financial experience across corporate banking, international corporations, and high-growth ventures, strengthening our ability to guide clients.

Background & Expertise

Marc is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with a proven record in corporate banking and publicly traded US corporations. He has played a pivotal role in M&A transactions, leading acquisitions and integrating small and mid-sized advertising agencies in Switzerland and Spain, as well as managing business unit sales. Notably, Marc has been directly involved as a stakeholder in a Management Buyout (MBO), giving him an insight into both operational and investor perspectives.

Since 2021, Marc has served as an operational CFO for several Swiss-based companies including a healthcare agency, a SaaS business, and an AI startup, bringing hands-on expertise in accounting, financial controlling, and planning.

Marc holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen, where he focused his thesis on turnaround management. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.

At Alfred, Marc will:

• Accounting & Financial Controlling: Helping startups align growth plans with robust financial frameworks.

• M&A Support: Guiding clients through acquisitions and integrations.

• Exit Processes: Helping with the preparation and execution of exits.
