Sandro brings a wealth of experience in corporate law and a strong track record in advising startups, venture capital funds, and in M&A transactions and his expertise will greatly enhance our capabilities.
Background & Expertise
Sandro brings extensive experience from his past work at some of Switzerland's top law firms, including Kellerhals Carrard, where he was an attorney in one of the country's leading teams of legal advisors to startups and VCs. His academic foundation is rock solid, with a Master of Laws from the University of Lucerne and an LL.M. from the University of Notre Dame. Sandro’s professional journey has been marked by his commitment to understanding and pragmatically solving complex legal challenges in the corporate world.
Sandro specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on venture capital investments (financing rounds) and mergers and acquisitions. He also brings expertise in the evergreen legal issues for any company, in particular employment and intellectual property law. His analytical approach and detailed knowledge make him a strong advisor for startups, entrepreneurs and investors.
Role at Alfred
In his new role at Alfred, Sandro will:
Facilitate Venture Capital Transactions: He will help structure and negotiate financing rounds that benefit both startups and investors.
Strengthen Legal Foundations: Sandro will provide general legal advice to startups to ensure they are set up for success from day one.
Assist with M&A Transactions: He will help clients navigate the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions.
