I am a legal advisor with deep expertise in corporate law, M&A, and venture capital, focusing on helping startups and investors navigate complex transactions. Driven by a passion for what is new, I provide pragmatic legal advice and aim to create solutions that enable my clients to successfully close deals and focus on what matters most: building their businesses and driving innovation and growth.

During my previous work for leading law firms, I became skilled at structuring rounds, negotiating agreements and managing due diligence. I've learnt that it's essential to take a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to add the most value to a deal. This inspired me to join Alfred, where we combine strategic business and legal advice to enable our clients to succeed even in challenging, fast-paced environments.

I hold a Law degree from University of Lucerne and an LLM from University of Notre Dame (Indiana) and I am Fluent in German and English, making me well equipped to serve international clients. Outside of work, I am a sports enthusiast who enjoys squash, cycling and hiking.
