I started my career in 2005 at a Big Four firm in Zurich, where I spent the first ten years of my professional career in tax advisory. During this time, I completed my professional training and qualified as a Swiss Certified Tax Expert.

 

From 2014 to 2017, I served as Head of Group Tax for a listed international technology group headquartered in the Canton of Zug. Between 2017 and 2019, I was a Partner and led the tax department of one of the largest auditing and consulting firms in Liechtenstein. Since 2019, I have been working as an independent tax advisor.

 

With over 20 years of experience in corporate and international tax advisory, I focus on mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, international reorganizations, transfer pricing, group structure optimization, and tax litigation. I have extensive experience working with Swiss tax authorities and have successfully led numerous tax audits and tax ruling negotiations.

 

I hold a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Zurich and am fluent in both English and German.
