I am a finance and operations executive dedicated to bridging the gap between strategic foresight and measurable value creation. My career began in the Swiss startup ecosystem, where I led a venture transaction boutique focused on startup valuation and fundraising. During my tenure, I supported dozens of startups in the preparation and execution of successful funding rounds. On the other side, I also advised venture investors in their assessment and dealmaking. This foundation in advisory gave me a clear perspective on what truly drives business value and how to optimize it.

 

Between my advisory roles, I spent several years as the CFO and COO of a scale-up. In that position, I was responsible for building the company's financial framework from the ground up, which included implementing systems for budgeting, liquidity, and controlling. I also established RevOps to create a foundation for scalable growth.

 

I thrive in fast-paced settings where I can work closely with key decision-makers to solve complex challenges and create value for the company. I hold a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and am fluent in German and English. Outside of my professional work, I spend time with my young family, play Padel, and enjoy being in the mountains.
