For more than 30 years, I have advised on transactions involving the sale and acquisition of companies in both international and domestic environments.

After completing my MBA at the University of Zurich, I began my career at a Big Four firm, where I became a partner after nine years and led the Valuation & Financial Modeling and M&A team. Later, as Head of Corporate Finance at Migros, I supported the international expansion of Migros Industry through numerous transactions in Switzerland and abroad, including across several countries in Europe and North America. I was instrumental in building a significant healthcare division and developing online businesses through acquisitions. I also led restructuring initiatives involving retail formats as well as cosmetics and travel businesses.

Thanks to my extensive experience, I quickly grasp complex situations and define and implement necessary actions such as cost-saving programs, spin-offs, carve-outs, and orderly liquidations. I particularly enjoy supporting entrepreneurs with succession planning, not only regarding company sales but also across strategic, financial, legal, and tax considerations. In company sales and acquisitions, I guide clients through the M&A process from preparation and outreach to due diligence, negotiation, and completion.

In my private life, I enjoy sports such as tennis and jogging. I am happily married and the father of two grown-up children.
